Red Flags in Answers
- Vague or evasive responses
- Defensive when asked about qualifications

- No clear boundaries or policies
Trust Your Gut
Beyond answers, notice how you feel talking to them. Do they listen well? Do you feel comfortable? Do they seem genuinely interested in helping you?
Good questions plus good intuition lead to good fit.
